    New DOL postings available

Authored by Bukaty Companies on August 4, 2016

The Department of Labor has made recent changes to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and Employee Polygraph Protection Act postings. Information on penalty amounts was removed from both postings and the FLSA version added information about the rights of nursing mothers.

This spring a new Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) poster was released that can be used interchangeably with the existing posting, released in February 2013.

Per federal law, posters are to be placed in conspicuous places available to all employees. Under FMLA rules, the notice must be posted where it can be seen by employees and applicants for employment. The DOL provides a complete listing of DOL posting requirements.
