Missouri voters approved Proposition A yesterday increasing the minimum wage January 1, 2025, from the current-day $12.30 an hour to $13.75. In January of 2026, the hourly required rate will reach $15. Once available, Bukaty Companies will issue the updated Missouri minimum wage employment poster.
The approved measure also requires private employers to provide paid sick leave starting May 1, 2025. Employees, at a minimum, must accrue one hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked.
