# Western Missouri Medical Center joins BlueSelect Plus Network

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City (Blue KC) has expanded its BlueSelect Plus network to include Western Missouri Medical Center located in Warrensburg, Mo. The addition increases the number of hospitals in the network to 13.

Often referred to as a narrow network, BlueSelect Plus offers plan sponsors more savings in exchange for limited provider access as compared to members with coverage in the Preferred Care Blue network. This network has traditionally had access to Western Missouri Medical Center.

 As of June 1, the BlueSelect Plus network now includes: AdventHealth College Boulevard; AdventHealth Shawnee Mission; AdventHealth South Overland Park; Cameron Regional Medical Center; Children’s Mercy Hospital; Children’s Mercy Hospital – South; Liberty Hospital; North Kansas City Hospital; Olathe Medical Center; University Health Truman Medical Center; University Health Lakewood Medical Center; University of Kansas Hospital; Western Missouri Medical Center.
