The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced that the 2019 and 2020 EEO-1 Report submission period is from April 26 to July 19.
This gives employers a 12-week window to gather and report their data, which is a deviation from the standard ten weeks, but is meant to account for the additional work of
having to file two different years. Employers with 100 or more employees, as well as employers that have a contract with the federal government worth at least $50,000 and employ fifty or more people, are required to complete the EEO-1 Report annually. An EEOC Filer Support team is available to assist any filers who need additional information or help.
