COBRA compliance has never been easier for our online benefit enrollment clients with our new COBRA integration tool. For current COBRA and online enrollment clients this enhancement streamlines the COBRA process, reducing manual errors and ensuring election notices are expedited.
No additional client action is needed to activate the integration service that was released early June. Once employee coverage is terminated within our online enrollment tool, our Benefits Administration division is notified via a daily file feed, and the COBRA process is set in motion.
