The Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations (DOL) recently released the state’s new minimum wage poster addressing the wage increase approved by voters this past November. On January 1, the required minimum hourly rate will increase to $13.75.
The statewide initiative also requires employers to adjust the minimum wage again to $15 an hour starting January 2026. Additionally, private employers will be required to provide paid employees paid sick leave beginning May 1, 2025.
