Kaw Valley Insurance, based in Rossville, Kansas, is a family-owned business founded in 1994 by Karen and Randy Dick. Early in the agency's growth, the team specialized in health and voluntary life insurance programs for county governments and small independent employers. Over the years their expertise fueled their growth into a multitude of industries, including associations and schools throughout the Midwest.
