Self-funded plan sponsors have until July 31 to pay the annual Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) fee. Four methods are available to calculate the amount owed. Fees should be submitted using Form 720. The fee per covered individual is $2.66 for plans ending January 21, 2021, through September 30, 2021, and $2.79 for plans ending October 31, 2021, through December 31, 2021.
