EEO-1 reporting is now open. Employers must file the report by May 17.
Each year private employers with 100 or more employees, and certain under-100 employers, are subject to the mandatory EEO-1 Component 1 report. This annual
data collection is a breakdown of a company’s workforce by demographics, including race/ethnicity.
Employers can begin submitting their 2021 data on Tuesday, April 12, and have until Tuesday, May 17 to meet the deadline. Assistance is available through the Filer
Support Center, or additional resources may be found on the EEOC’s website.
